At Wakuli, we want you to enjoy every sip of your specialty coffee; however, due to the perishable nature of our beans, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect orders within 14 days of delivery. If your coffee isn't meeting your expectations, please reach out to our support team so we can make it right.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your return.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions for non-perishable items.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely package the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or send out a replacement bag of beans within 5-7 business days.
