How fresh is Wakuli coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week. Your coffee is typically shipped within 48 hours of roasting to ensure you experience the full flavor profile of the specialty beans.
Where does Wakuli source its beans?
We source directly from smallholder farmers in regions like Ethiopia, Brazil, and Peru. By cutting out middle-men, we ensure farmers receive a higher price while you get premium specialty grade coffee.
Can I adjust or cancel my coffee subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no hidden fees.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Beans' for maximum freshness or choose a specific grind size tailored for espresso, filter, or French press brewing methods.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Europe. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping.
